1. Eligibility & Account Registration

To register and use the 918kiss png platform, you must meet all of the following requirements without exception:

• Be at least 18 years old or the minimum age required by law in your jurisdiction, whichever is higher.
• Possess full legal capacity to enter into a legally binding agreement.
• Not be located in a jurisdiction that prohibits participation in online gaming activities.
• Not an employee, contractor, or immediate family member of an employee of 918kiss png or any of our affiliated companies.

1.1 Registration Process

Each individual is only permitted to hold one account only on the 918kiss png platform. Multiple account registrations are strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any remaining balances. All information provided during registration must be accurate, current, and complete.

1.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

918kiss png reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. Documents that may be required include a valid national ID, passport, or driver's license, proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to provide the requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in temporary suspension or closure of the account.

2. Deposits & Withdrawals

• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same member's name.

2.3 Rollover Requirements

8. Account Suspension & Closure

• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the KYC process.
• Bonus abuse or exploitation of system errors.
• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behaviour towards staff or other members.
• Member's own request to close their account.

8.1 Closure by Member

Members may request account closure at any time through our customer support. Prior to closure, all outstanding bonus and rollover requirements will be voided. Any eligible real-money balance will be returned to the original payment method once identity verification is completed.

9. Limitation of Liability

10.1 Member Responsibilities

Continued use of the platform after the effective date of any changes constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. If you do not agree with any changes, you have the right to close your account before those changes take effect.

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with applicable laws. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms and Conditions shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through a mutually agreed arbitration process.
